Honey Mustard Chicken

We eat a lot of chicken in this house. It is quick and easy and versatile. This dish is another super quick weeknight meal. It has 6 ingredients and takes 5 minutes to put together and 25-30 minutes to bake. It is great with rice and and a salad.
You need,
2-4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
½ cup honey
½ cup yellow mustard
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. paprika
½ tsp. dried parsley
Salt/Pepper to taste

Ok get ready, it is really quick, here is what you do:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Trim chicken breasts, dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper. I usually cut my chicken breasts into a couple pieces, they cook faster. Place in a baking dish.
Mix together the honey, mustard, basil, paprika and parsley.
Pour half the mixture over the chicken. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Then flip the chicken pieces over and pour on the rest of the sauce. Bake for another 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Serve on white or brown rice, there is a lot of sauce and it tastes great on the rice. Makes a perfect Monday night dinner!
Enjoy!
