Philly Cheesesteaks

I had a lot of lovely left over roast so I decided to make Philly Cheesteaks.

They were great! Easy and quick, a great way to use left overs.

What you need,

Left over roast beef, cut into thin strips
1 onion sliced, thinly sliced
1 green pepper, thinly sliced
4-6 slices provolone cheese
Buns
Left over creamy horseradish sauce

Sauté the onion and green pepper in a small pan over medium heat until softened.
In a separate pan over medium heat, cook the beef until just warm, put the cheese on top and cover until melted.
Butter your buns and cook cut side down in a frying pan until just browned.
To assemble, spread some of the horseradish cream on the toasted bun, top with the beef and cheese, and then add a layer of the sautéed onion and green peppers.

Stuff in your face!
So good! This sandwich is worth cooking a whole roast. I love left overs!
